We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper for our offices.

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the organization’s office and financial management as well as various clerical duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes accounts payable & receivable
Completes bank reconciliations, tax returns, and reports
Reports monthly to EVP and finance committee
Prepares budget with the support of key staff
Files payroll and maintains employee records

REQUIREMENTS:
QuickBooks Certified with strong accounting skills
Proficient office skills
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
